This form is to enable staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to confidentially report suspected fraud, corruption, misconduct, or make a protected disclosure under ITEC Group’s Fraud and Corruption Policy and Whistleblower Policy and relevant legislation.

Reports submitted via this form are received only by ITEC Group’s Company Secretary via a secure mailbox with restricted access. You may submit this form anonymously.
