Participant Testimonies

I am writing to express my deep appreciation for the outstanding support coordination services provided by Darren. Darren has been an incredible support to me, and I would very much like to keep him as my NDIS support coordinator, especially now that I’ve moved. Sally

I want to say thank you to Darren. He got my broken motorised wheelchair t fixed after I hit the wall at my house. They had to fly me to cairns because I broke my legs when I fell out of my chair, and it ran me over. Darren got me a normal wheelchair to use when I got out of hospital, family pushed me around. John

Thank you Darren for suggesting I talk with Robert, he is helping me to deal with the bullying at school because of my autism. Also thank you for helping my mum write a letter to the school about me not returning and going to a better school next year that will cater to my needs. - Jaiydn

Helene has been an amazing Specialist Support Coordinator.  As my son’s caregiver/guardian, she’s taken a world of stress off my shoulders, I can now truly enjoy just being there for my son, having time and not putting stress on myself or him by being on his back about getting/doing things for himself.  Helene has coordinated/corralled our amazing support workers team into an excellent force to now be reckoned with.  My son’s supports have now improved out of sight to the quality/standard both Helene and I expect and demand because my son deserves excellent, high-end service.  Helene thank you from the bottom of my heart! - Julie
